Why Volleyball Is Great for Your Child’s Development
Volleyball supports your child’s physical, mental and emotional growth. At Bounce & Grow, we go beyond technique—building confidence, coordination, teamwork and values through fun, safe and structured training.
Cognitive Development
Volleyball improves concentration, decision-making, and mental agility. Children learn to read the game, follow rules, and anticipate actions, developing focus in a dynamic environment.
Professional Coaching
Bounce and Grow is a safe and supportive environment. Our qualified coaches are experienced in working with young athletes, combining expert instruction with a friendly and encouraging approach that keeps children engaged, motivated, and safe.
Physical Skills
From balance and coordination to speed and reflexes, volleyball builds a strong physical foundation without physical contact. Equipment is adapted to each age group to ensure safe and effective learning.
Emotional Growth
Our method encourages confidence, resilience, and self-expression. Children are supported through their challenges, learn from mistakes, and feel proud of their progress.
Teamwork & Values
Volleyball is all about communication and working together. We teach respect, empathy, discipline, and fair play — values that stay with them far beyond the court.
Our Team
Beth Gil discovered her love for volleyball at an early age in Lima, Peru. Gifted with natural coordination and control, she began competing in junior tournaments by age nine and joined one of the country’s top teams at 13. Her discipline and drive earned her a place in the national pre-selection squad and several championships under elite coaches.
She later continued her career in Venezuela and Spain, helping the Balearic Islands’ regional team win national titles—all while completing her university studies.
In 2004, Beth moved to the UK and remained active as both a player and coach. She competed with Ashcombe Volleyball Club and Reigate VC, winning titles in both national and regional leagues. As senior coach and captain of the Reigate women’s team, she led them to league victories and top rankings.
Today, Beth is still deeply involved in competitive volleyball and youth development, guided by the values that have shaped her path: responsibility, discipline, and perseverance.
Give your child the confidence they need through expert volleyball training in a fun and safe environment.
